Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days (excluding busy periods). If you need an urgent dispatch, message us first and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Delivery cost depends on the item. If your PayPal checkout includes delivery (for example, certain boxes), it will show clearly during payment. If you’re unsure, message us with the item name.
If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, we can usually help. Message us as soon as possible with your order details and what you want to change.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve it quickly and fairly.
